『グレイ・ガーデンズ』ファンにピッタリのイベントが、6月12日から14日までの3日間、ニューヨーク、ハーレムにあるメイズルス・シネマ（Maysles Cinema）で開催される。
フェスティバルは、カルト・クラッシックの”Grey Gardens”と続編の”The Beales of Grey Gardens”のスクリーニングやパネルディスカッションの他、ライブキャバレーショウに歌のコンテスト、6月30日に出版される新しいアートブックGrey Gardens本の著者サイン会というラインナップ。
このアートブック”Grey Gardens”は、映画の監督の一人であるアルバート・メイズルス（Albert Maysles）の娘サラ（Sara）とレベッカ （Rebekah）が作った。
イラスト、写真、映画撮影時のプロダクションノートの他、映画”Grey Gardens”と続編”The Beales of Grey Gardens”のダイアローグ書き起こしがついた200ページのハードカバー本だ。
また、付録としてビッグ・イーディとリトル・イーディこと、イーディス・ブーヴィエ・ビール母娘の肉声が録音された60分のCDも付いている。
